Delivery
Age-restricted products require secure verification. Delivery options and order details are shown during checkout or order communication.
Returns
Return requests can be sent to info@foldingknife.uk. Include your order number and a short explanation so support can guide the next step.
Return window
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be new and unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Contact info@foldingknife.uk before sending anything back and include your order number.
Return method and costs
Returns are accepted by post only. Customers are responsible for arranging the return and paying return postage for non-faulty returns. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds and exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Eligible items should be returned for a refund and a new order can be placed separately. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back. We may reduce the refund if goods show handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
